UNITRIM SUSPENSION

Composition – Each 5ml contains:
Sulphamethoxazole  B.P 200 mg
Trimethoprim             B.P  40 mg

Indication

Co-trimoxazole syrup is indicated for the following bacterial infections:
Respiratory tract: Ear, nose, and throat infections: Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, lung abscess, Bronchiectasis, lobar and broncho-pneumonia, Pneumocystis carinii Pneumonia, sinusitis, and Otitis media.

Genito Urinary Tract infection: Gonorrhea, urethritis, pyelonephritis, pyelitis, prostatitis, cystitis.
Gastro-intestinal tract infections: Invasive salmonellosis, typhoid and paratyphoid fevers, shigellosis, Bacillary dysentery, and cholera.

Other bacteria infections: Wound infections, acne, furunculosis, pyoderma, abscesses, acute and chronic Osteomyelitis, acute brucellosis, and septicaemia.
